put this in the end of your /etc/lilo.conf:

other=/dev/hdb1
        label=win95
        loader=/boot/any_d.b

AFAIK, the sollution is a little drastical. Remove the Linux HD, make the
second one be the first; install Ruindows (you know what I'm talking about);
then make the drive the second again and put the Linux one back. The boot
file "any_d.b" fools systems like DOS and Ruindows into thinking they're on
the primary disk. (In case of doubt, you can privately mail me in portuguese.)
