This has been a long-running limitation of the XFree86 implementation. Last I checked, the RandR (Rotate And Resize) extension had been checked into its CVS, which would address this issue. It may or may not end up in XFree86 4.3. -- Jeremy Nickurak <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
