I know this isn't a Debian specific question ... a helpful slap in the
right direction would be appreciated.

The powers that be have decided we need to use DBM Authentication files
on our webserver ... fine with me, since they're said to be faster.
However, I have no idea how to make this work, or where to go for
pointers. I've spent the last hour or so looking at www.apache.org ...
my big question is, how do I generate the DBM file itself? This can't
be too tough ... I've set up a few sites using text file auth and that
was easy.

Any pointers? Please don't cc: to the list - I already wasted enough
bandwidth :/
