I just did it this morning by replace "stable" with "frozen". It just took a few minutes(I have a very fast ftp link) and seemed to go without a hitch. I haven't rebooted yet, however (which is probably a good idea since libc and ld.so have changed), b/c I'm not actaully anywhere near my computer and I don't feel like having to go to my office if it doesn't want to reboot happily.
