This is the Pro100B card and there is a driver at: http://cesdis.gsfc.nasa.gov/linux/drivers/eepro100.html (as usual for ethernet cards). You have to compile it as a module as it stands, or you can find a 2.0.27 kernel with it built-in at ftp.varesearch.com.
