Hello again... I have been noticing some error messages during boot, that I have been wondering about. I wonder if someone can tell me whether or not I should be worried about these. The thing that is odd about this is that my system seems to be working fine, as far as I can see.
Here are the error messages: Initialization of hpfs failed Initialization of isofs failed lp: unable to get major 6 Unable to get major 11 for SCSI-CD Initialization of sr_mod failed I don't recall trying to configure hpfs or isofs into my kernel, so I am not sure why those messages appear. What is the lp error? lpr works fine. My SCSI cdrom works fine too, as far as I can tell. Should I just ignore these errors and stay fat, dumb and happy?
