bash 2.0 breaks dwww-1.3

I'm planning on uploading dwww-1.4 later today, which should fix this
problem + dozens of others.  It would probably be easiest to just
hold your breath (not literally).  :-)

On the other hand, it's pretty easy to fix -- just check the bug
reports for dwww.
