apt-get upgrade : many not found files

Hello, 

        I'm using sid and one of my source server is ftp.uk.debian.org.

        The apt-get upgrade can't upgrade 54 packages because of
        404 not found error ??

        Why does the update works fine and the upgrade fails ?

                Any idea ?
