Do you mean simply visit the Text Google News Page? If so, just go to it and hit "a", for ADD to bookmarks. Then it will ask if you just want to add the link or the document itself. If you are looking at the document you want to bookmark, then just hit "D". To view your bookmarks later, just enter in "v" for view. As for the "s" option, it is for a rarely implemented feature to search a specific document on the server's side, which is now generally done on the client side (in Lynx, use "/").
