I have 4 NE200 ethernet cards, one is a RL8029, but I don't
remember, which one.
Maybe the PCI card ? for this, I use io=0xFF80 and irq=12
for each other ISA card, I use the DOS program to configurate
them in io=0x300, irq=10 or 11
