imagemagick depends on libtiff3

     I'm trying to install imagemagick ...
     
     -AND- 
     
     I get the following messages:
        imagemagick depends on libtiff3
        libtiff3 does not appear to be available.
     
     
     Q1: Can somebody tell me where I can find libtiff3 ?
     
     Q2: Is it a .deb installation file ?
