I am seeing the same behaviour (I'm using testing, obviously). I even tried to look at my sources.list to see if there were any errors there, but there were none. I'm using some packages from experimental (tetex-3.0), but aside from that, I would like to keep tracking testing. Seeing http://bjorn.haxx.se/debian shows that a number of packages are scheduled for updates, but it has said that for two days now.
