Don't worry, we did. It just so happens that amazon.co.uk is not really cooperative these days. Either it's just bad luck on our side, or they are seriously defective currently. I am confident that the situation will resolve itself during the remainder of this week. Maybe I should have waited just a tad bit longer with the announcement, but I just grew impatient. :) While we're at it: we are also working on distribution channels in the US and Australia, as well as other parts of the globe. Everything is going as planned, but since we are going via another publisher at least in the US, it might take until next week for the book to become available.
