(*Which* > Perl package, so I can report a bug?) Or have I just hosed my own rename?
I have: lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 24 2005-06-17 16:36 /usr/bin/rename -> /etc/alternatives/rename lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 16 2005-06-17 16:36 /etc/alternatives/rename -> /usr/bin/prename And prename does exist. It's from perl 5.8.7-3 Not sure how yours got broken though. Perl is definitely still installed right?
