If the isos are created using jigdo and you have access to the jigdo
file, yes you can.
for example, i386 jigdo files are here:
http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/3.1_r0a/i386/jigdo-cd/

just gunzip them

or from command line, do something like:

wget -qO - \
'http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/3.1_r0a/i386/jigdo-cd/debian-31r0a-i386-binary-2.jigdo'|
gunzip | grep -i openoffice
