The list is open, though you might want to add a couple rules to
/etc/spamassassin/local.cf

header RCVD_SPAMMED_URSINE eval:check_rbl('ursine', 'bl.ursine.ca.' '1')
describe RCVD_SPAMMED_URSINE Relay has spammed Ursine.CA previously
tflags RCVD_SPAMMED_URSINE net
score RCVD_SPAMMED_URSINE 10.000

header RCVD_CHALLENGE_RESPONSE eval:check_rbl('ursine', '2')
describe RCVD_CHALLENGE_RESPONSE Relay employs challenge-response system
tflags RCVD_CHALLENGE_RESPONSE net
score RCVD_CHALLENGE_RESPONSE 10.000

header RCVD_BOUNCED_FORGED eval:check_rbl('ursine', '3')
describe RCVD_BOUNCED_FORGED Relay bounces forged messages like viruses and
spam to forged senders
tflags RCVD_BOUNCED_FORGED net
score RCVD_BOUNCED_FORGED 10.000
