I tried running lilo (as root) and i get two warnings: Warning: boot record relocation beyond BPB is necessary: /dev/hda1 Warning: Unable to determine video adapter in use in the present system. i am not too sure what they are all about. But i suspect that the first one is the reason that it's not writing to the master boot record. As for why i am switching to LILO, i have never used GRUB before and i have been having problems with it. I am more familiar with LILO. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
