i run dpkg-reconfigure locales, chose sk_SK.UTF-8 and set it to default. but the sitiation remains the same. i'm still not able to write two of these characters in KWrite, Kate, Quanta: ľščťžýáíé but as you can see i can write them all here in Thunderbird..
