Hi Matthias xfce4.2 is in experimental (not sid) and I believe the debian maintainer would like you to test it. He asked me when I posted something about using the oscillation packages; however, I'm running amd64 which doesn't have an experimental release. Using an alternative source and making sure you get the corresponding packages: I just put the sources in after the debian mirror lines and 'aptitude update' collected the latest packages.
