I need to make mysql accessable from all machines on my network.

How do I do this under Debian?

Curently if I just do "mysql" on the machine I've installed it on,
I get connected, but if I do "mysql -h foo" even on foo, I get:

ERROR 1045: Access denied for user: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' (Using password: NO)

What do I need to do to fix this?
