That's simply a matter of either installing the appropriate kernel package (if one exists) or building your own package to install. See the docs at http://www.debian.org/ or google for "debian kernel build". What have you actually tried? Your point "(2)" suggests that you are unfamiliar with the concept of kernel building. It therefore sounds like you may be out of your depth attempting to admin a Debian box. I'm afraid it takes time and effort, reading documentation etc., to be able to do this kind of thing Jerry.
