That reminds me - I noticed just the other day that beep doesn't offer an equivalent of xmms' "do not hide window manager decorations" (or at least, the one on my sid box doesn't). If that is something you rely on then you can't use beep to replace xmms. -- Jon Dowland http://jon.dowland.name/
