NTFS? ;) Seriously, though, it's my understanding that Unix-types haven't worried as much about compressed filesystems because of pipes and zlib1g. For example, OOo integrates zlib1g, whereas on Windows, you need to compress .doc/.xls/.csv/etc files at the FS level.
