Mailing [EMAIL PROTECTED] to get your money back, a mailing list for users of the Debian Linux operating system, is likely to help you out about as much as smoking cigarettes to cure cancer. You know his name and how much he ripped you off for. I'm not a solicitor, but I suspect if you hire one, you'll have better odds of being able to go get your money back from Ian through the courts. That being said, if the system is as stacked against the private citizen as it is in the US, you can kiss that money goodbye. I can't even find a court that will take a collections case against an ex-roommate and I'm asking far more than the US$20 minimum damages required here...ex-roommate shafted me out of $1200 and a domain name and in all odds I'll never get either back. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.5 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFBkU0GUzgNqloQMwcRAsUQAKCKSz1DBGbFTWZwSSC1pmlEsE6clwCgv5aR uTqSULFbORQt9KyfAOT0kYU= =ytw5 -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
