Hi In my .bashrc and .bash_profile I have umask set at 022 however when I create a file, the permissions look like this:
-rw-r--r-- instead of: -rwxr-xr-x Am I being really dense or is this a bug? umask 555 creates files as --w--w--w- which looks fine.
