Hello, if that way fails , the nvidia installer is working good , just install it with kernel headers and it is ok. Download from nvidia.com.
Then:

apt-get install kernel-headers-`uname -r`

(when not running X)
sh NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-6111-pkg1.run
then play.

(May be you should apt-get install build-essential , for missing build tools...)

Hello,

I'm pretty new to driver installations.
I downloaded with apt-get nvidia-kernel-source and now it is in my
/usr/src path.
How do i install it ?

Grtz,
Phil.
