I am replacing his question with the English adapted version: He wants to make available to two people the directory "/var/www/web" (none of the two is a 'user' of the system), who would be able to make changes to their personal pages persona1.php and persona2.php through a ftp client from windows after authentication. They shouldn't be able to do anything above /var/www/web.
