What would give you that idea? You can have unattended boot just like any other boot loader. Yes, you can turn off unattended booting just like you can in LILO if you're the kind of person who insists on watching every boot for curiosity's sake or to make sure nothing suspicous or too unusual has happened to cause it to go down in the first place. Just in additional to the menu, you can hit c on the boot menu to get a command prompt that's more like a minimal shell than what you're used to in LILO. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.5 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFBYOCDUzgNqloQMwcRAvVFAJsGFqpR41pnmaSiaLwtJiegE4eVTwCfeR0o Spd3QA+nw3/N3L3kIQvAQ7s= =fc1p -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
