Try doing a "grep -ril '2621446' ./" from inside the source directory for Tapeware. Hopefully their code is documented well enough that it won't be too hard to find an explanation for that error code. When it lists what files it found 2621446 in, try opening that file(s) and doing a search '/' for the error code to see if it gives you an explanation for the error code.
