I think you hard drive will die very soon.
btw you could have it replaced for free as your laptop is < 1 year old.
 

I know that you can replace any Hitachi for tree years. Try to email to 
Toshiba and replace your disk as soon as you can to prevent data loss 
and before the waranty expires.
