Hi ScruLoose, totoro% apt-cache search ja | grep font This command will mostly show you some packages available for japanese fonts. You could pick up one package after the other until you get some results. Only a few of these package are really necessary, actually, but which ones? If it can help, here are the japanese font packages I have on my Debian.
