Anybody have any idea how to fix this.
It is a bug in the kontact-plugins package. You can force it to overwrite the conflicting file (at your own risk!) by using
sudo dpkg --force-overwrite -i /var/cache/apt/archives/kontact-plugins_4%3a3.2.3-2_i386.deb
(type all in one line on your terminal)
then run apt-get install kde again
