Read carefully the error reported by apt: It fails on another libquantum-* package (libquantum-entanglement-perl instead of libquantum-superpositions-perl). Looks like libquantum-*-perl packages are badly packaged. So remove all libquantum-* package with dpkg until apt is happy.
