i recently did an `apt-get update; apt-get dist-ugprade` and one of the packages it touched was blackbox. since then, i haven't been able to get blackbox to just start, it says something about not being able to connect to the screen. i'm using sarge. i was able to get it up by starting fluxbox then switching to blackbox but i can't start vmware running this way. any help would be welcome. thanks.
