  Thanks for the tip. I was aware that I should subscribe first, but your
mail prompted me to make a symlink ~/Maildir/.debian for ~/Maildir/debian,
for instance, and it works nicely. mutt and squirrelmail don't seem to
conflict.  The only annoying feature is those "courierimapsubscribed,
courierimapuiddb" files in every subscribed folder, but I guess that's
unavoidable, isn't it?
