In /etc/cron.monthly/scrollkeeper you can change
    scrollkeeper-rebuilddb
to
    scrollkeeper-rebuilddb -q

The "-q" option will suppress all but the serious errors.
(man scrollkeeper-rebuilddb)

Note that this option is default on newer scrollkeeper installs.
