You will probably need to generate this yourself. I assume this SNMP package is Net-SNMP. There is a command, snmpconf, which can generate an snmpd.conf file for you - run it and follow the instructions. You can then store this in a place where snmpd will look for it, typically in the app's share directory. I can't be more specific about location as I only have Net-SNMP installed on a Solaris box here, but it probably goes in /usr/share/snmp/.
