Just out of curiosity, would you mind defining "support mailing lists"? I am on a fair few (although i've just switched to using this list via gmane.org since killing threads is a really great feature that works more efficiently in news than mail), and i don't find it a struggle to manage them with Mozilla Mail/Thunderbird > I guess there's no end for my misery in sight.
