I'm also looking for a globus package, and I don't find anything. The only thing which might help at the moment is: http://www.dcl.hpi.uni-potsdam.de/cms/research/grid/testbed/ They describe how to build globus on a woody system.
I will try the RH7.3 packages with alien, but I am not very optimistic.
