Not for free, in doing a cursory search. There are some that are shareware, that
allow one to convert. But I haven't been able to find any OSS solutions. Then
again, I'm not doing an exhaustive search, I'll leave that up to you. ;)

You haven't stated what you've really done, so, excuse me/us if we're repeating
things you've already attempted.
