I have 3 linux machines. 2 of the machines can ping each other with no
problem. One machine is unable to ping either. The machine that can't
ping has 2 NIC's in it. The 2nd NIC is not configured. ifconfig shows:

eth0 and lo

I tested the NIC by pinging 127.0.0.1 and the given ip address of
192.168.0.3... Both of these tests worked, but cannot ping other machines.
What should I do next? Since I was able to ping 127.0.0.1, doesn't that
mean that the NIC is working fine?

Machine 1 is 192.168.0.1
Machine 2 is 192.168.0.2
Machine 3 is 192.168.0.3 (This is the one that has the problem)
