Hi,
X -session is always running on the first free/unused console
       "and display its output there." (man console)

So you have to add (standard is 6 used plus the last one free) some.

Starting point is:
        man console
        man ttys
        man inittab (see /etc/inittab)
        man getty
        man mknod
        man ttys
