Not that I'd know.

and aside from that, spamassassin marks spam differently, and I have
no other filters in place.

So how would I go about to find out who's the guilty party?

It arrived at my procmail like so:

So I think that he has a configuration problem. The reply I sent to
debian-user was that to the personal copy I received (despite
Mail-Followup-To), so he sends mail to me and the list in different
manners.
