Following a thread I read last month I wanted to try and record a radio broadcast I received from the internet.
I tried: trplayer http://www.kera.org/broadcast.ram | rawrec test.raw and then sox -t sw -r 44100 -c 2 test.raw test.wav I don't get any sound although the file appears large enough to be a valid wav file. Is the trplayer not getting to the dsp because I am piping it to rawrec? How can I record the output of trplayer directly to my harddrive?
