You should go to freshmeat (freshmeat.net) and search for "groupware" -- you'll find a number of such items, many of which are also available via apt. I've tried a number of different ones, but because I haven't had the time or inclination to really learn any given one, they've all ended up being more difficult than just placing stuff in flat-files. I'm sure any number of them will work, though.
