Hi, I saw quite many PGP signed messages in this list. How can I get the posters' public keys easily from mutt? On one particular message, I had the following: [-- PGP output follows (current time: Tue 08 Oct 2002 02:52:39 PM WIT) --] gpg: Signature made Tue 08 Oct 2002 01:05:31 PM WIT using DSA key ID FA2C3588 gpg: Can't check signature: public key not found [-- End of PGP output --]
It wasn't found because I didn't have it already, of course. BTW, why don't people put their public keys on key servers like pgp.mit.edu? The keys would be propagated to other servers anyway; the ones in pgp.net. I believe that would make our lives a bit easier; one definition of keyserver in ~/.gnupg/gpg.conf, we could retrieve others' public keys.
