I have to mask a "&" in a URL (HTML 4.01 Transitional, text/html;
charset=utf-8) that pointing to a CGI script; "&" doesn't work.
You can mask special characters a la "%20" in HTML. What encoding is
this, and where can I find a listing?

TIA

-Andre
