Dear all, I had my box tracking testing for a long time but when woody was released, I wanted to remain on stable. I had some "unstable" entries in my sources.list and changed those to "stable" and did the dist-upgrade. Unfortunately, I had "testing" entries too, and I forgot to change APT::Default-Release... So my box is still tracking testing. Whooops.
This was unintentional, so I wanted to downgrade. I found a page that recommended getting this in my preferences: Package: * Pin: release a=stable Pin-Priority: 1001 but when I do this, dpkg is complaining when it is about to be downgraded. Is there some way I can downgrade smoothly?
