Oye, seguro que funciona bien el acceso a internet en tu maquina? Te lo pregunto, porque ping no tiene nada que ver con el proxy, trabaja a un nivel mas bajo. Y si ping no pasa, no le puedes pedir al proxy que funcione... Diagnosticalo, traceroute es tu amigo.
