Puede ser por que no tengas instaladas las fuentes del kernel, o por que no las hallas direccionado a /usr/src/linux o por que tengas direccionadas unas fuentes diferentes a las de tu kernel o por ultimo, que tengas un kernel 2.6 y sea incompatible con el driver.
